The item must be returned within thirty (30) days following the shipment date of the order. It is important that the return
authorization number be written on the address label. Packages without a return authorization number cannot be accepted.
Each item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and undamaged. Damaged goods due to client
negligence will not be accepted for refund. Special order (such as custom made jewelry), items that show signs of resized, engraved, altered, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
We will accept the exchanges all our items that you have purchased for the same or higher value of our merchandise.

AQUA diamond is not responsible for any diamonds, jewelry items that it does not actually receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.

We will notify you once we've received and processed your returned item. (Please note that any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured returns will be returned to sender).

Secure your items and all of the original packing materials, packing slip, documentation(such as AQUA certification)
and diamond certificate if appropricate, in a plainly wrapped cardbord box and cover the entire box with paper mailing tape.

Clearly print your name and address on the outside of the package in the return area and include your Return
Authorization number.

Ship the item by registered U.S.mail, fully insured for the value of the item plus shipping charges.
AQUA diamond is not responsible for items lost or damaged while return shipping.
Please request a return receipt to ensure your shipment is tracked.
